Our Fleet of Concrete Pumping Trucks

Our fleet currently consists of 9 mobile concrete pumping trucks. Our range of equipment gives us the ability to meet and service the needs of small to medium clients, along with our commercial customers larger pumping requirements. We have recently purchased (3) 27 metre Sermac 4 stage Z boom pumps whose footprints enable them to fit into most sites. The recent addition of our specialised “Rib Raft TC3” boom piston pumps is an excellent fit to our fleet.

All of our concrete pumping trucks undergo daily safety checks to meet the NZ Concrete Pumping Health and Safety Guidelines as issued and released by the Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment (MBIE). JFC Concrete Pumping played a key role in the development of these guidelines working with both the MBIE (WorksafeNZ) and the NZ Concrete Pumping Association.

P217 Sermac 37m 5 stage Piston Pump

Used primarily for Commercial work, our latest model pump, the P217 is also great for Residential work with suitable access.

P219 Sermac 38m 5 stage Piston Pump

The Sermac 5Z38 is the newest pump in our fleet, and pumps concrete up to 150m³/h and is ideal for working in tight working conditions. The Sermac 5Z38 is used primarily for commercial work but is suitable for residential work with satisfactory access.
