Neil Davidson

Our General Manager, Neil brings decades of leadership and industry experience to the business. With 20 years spent in management of a major tyre company, he developed extensive expertise in logistics, fleet management, customer service, staff leadership, and business performance. Over the past 10 years, he has been an integral part of our organisation, helping to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and maintain the high standards our customers have come to expect. His depth of industry knowledge, strategic approach to management, and ability to build strong relationships with both customers and staff make him a key contributor to the ongoing success of the company.

Michael Hollinshead

Mike started pumping concrete in 1995 in England and has vast experience on big pours. Mike came to NZ in 2014 and has been involved in many large projects all over the South Island. He operates or Flagship 38m Sermac P219 and is our Pump Foreman.

Reynante (Rey) Sanchez

Concrete Pump Operator since 01/2001, employed by JFC Pumps since 06/2016.

Shane Flattery-Donahue

12 years’ experience Concrete Pump operator mainly on our two smaller pumps.

Corey Kirkus

This is a new start for Corey having been pumping for 5 years. He was previously a drain-layer before getting the pumping bug.

Shay Smith

Shay Smith is our Kaiapoi based Pumpie that services the North Canterbury area and lives locally at Leithfield, having a feel for the Rural Areas. Shay started on Pumps in 2014 operating a large 29m KKK then moving on to Piston Pumps with JFC Pumps. He is currently operating one of our 27m Sermac Piston Pumps, and also signed off on our 18m KKK squeeze pump along with training on our Large 38m Sermac.

Bencio Padang

Bencio Padang (Ben) has been with us since 2017. We trained him from the ground up and currently drives our 31m and 38m pumps but has spent plenty of time on our 27m Sermacs.

Ben is one of our more experienced operators and is regularly requested. Top bloke always has a smile, not much fazes Ben.

Damian Gray

Damian is an experienced operator joining us from Auckland, Damian also spent time operating Hiab’s with his brother and brings his Can Do attitude to the team.

Rhys McGregor

Rhys McGregor is our new young gun. At 20yrs old, Rhys is gaining his class 2 licence after 1 year of training on all of our pumps. He will be sitting his Class 4 in 4 months and getting out there living the dream!

Simon Leigh

The newest member of the team, Simon has joined us in a Support Manager role. Simon brings with him more than 20 years of experience as a business owner in the retail sector. Having built and managed his own retail stores for two decades, he has developed a strong foundation in customer service, business operations, team leadership and sales management.

Frederick Locke

Frederick (Freddie) comes to us from the UK. In New Zealand playing rugby, Freddie has previous concrete pumping experience having worked for a concrete pumping business in Warwickshire supporting the day to day operations.
